Symphony of Storms

We are an Israphel Asmodian roleplaying legion dedictated to bringing quality storytelling techniques in to Aion's gameplay. We are among the largest and oldest of roleplaying legions across English-speaking servers. Our membership is updated monthly to ensure that only active players are counted on our roster, guaranteeing that our size and numbers are not fluffed with toons that have been inactive. We hold literacy, lore accuracy, and upstanding personal behavior in high regard. Our legion is ultimately a quality-centric RP legion.


Our activity as a roleplaying legion is not taken for granted in the Symphony of Storms. We have regularly recurring weekly RP gatherings, as well as randomly occuring legion-exclusive RP events. We are also responsible for hosting a great number of community events with other RP legions, and we actively encourage our members to pursue event gatherings of their own. We believe that no one in our legion should feel as though RP opportunities are few and far between, and we aim to fill our calendar to the brim with exciting events.


The Symphony of Storms embraces Aion in all of its diverse content, from PvP, to PvE, to raiding, crafting, instancing, questing, levelling, mentoring, and what have you. We seek to help one another through difficult content in the game, and often times, embellish our activities with some RP should the activity allow. We are a strong supporter of Asmodian dominance in the Abyss and Balaurea, and often supply our numbers to the sieges. Our present faction command requests our legion by name during important raid cycles.


In spite of our size, it is our goal to reach out to one another and to operate inclusively, to create a tight-knit OOC community within the Symphony of Storms. We have a medium capacity Ventrilo server, and maintain a custom OOC channel at all times to encourage bonding on an OOC level. Members and officers alike frequently reach out to new inductees, and are inviting to requests for RP or gameplay assistance.
