Greetings Symphony,

It's your glorious (not really) leader here. Just updating really for the sake of updating. I like to think that we're all kept in the loop well enough in game, but this thread should come as a courtesy to those among us who are unable to log in or who can only do so intermittently.

First off, I am happy to announce that we met our general goal of 1.3-something billion kinah to put towards a Luxury Mansion come 3.0. This should be right in the ballpark of enough money to purchase one of the mansions, economy willing. The rates on the Korean servers were at about 1.35 billion kinah to purchase the mansion, and 22 million kinah once every other week to maintain. Don't stop donating! We hope to have a little bit of a buffer to keep the upkeep fee ready for use.

Now then! Some of you are in the loop about what we can expect come 3.0, as far as new features to the game are concerned. Patch notes are sometimes exhaustively lengthy, so I've prepared this short list of just some of the main features we can all look forward too.

  • New Zones: Saripan, Tiamaranta, Elian, Pernon
  • Housing
  • Mounts
  • Level Cap: 60
  • New Instances for Both Factions: Aturam Sky Fortress (55-60, Solo), Tahmes (56-60, 6 Players Max), Ladis Forest (57-60, 12 Players Max), Dorgel Manor (57-60, 12 Players Max), Sand Lord’s Lair (57-60, 24 Players Max), Rentus Base (59-60, 6 Players Max)
  • Seasons (confirmed!) Seasonal quests (L60 Daevanion depends on this.), gatherables, and mobs.
  • New level 60 Fabled and Eternal PvP Armor and Balic Craft armor. New level 60 Daevanion armor.
  • New craft school: Furniture Making
  • New skins, obviously.
  • New fortresses!
  • And much much more.

If there are any details you're wondering about, chances are, I've read about it, so ask away! Also there are rumors that the patch is scheduled to release in March at earliest, and May at latest.

Now, as far as RP, our legion has been actively seeking personal storylines, which most seem to be enjoying. Just keep in mind that you don't accidentally cut anyone out of your storylines. It's also up to members who aren't feeling included in things to speak up and ask to jump in on RP if you see something going on. Chances are, you'll be welcomed in to an existing RP. Also, don't hesitate to ask people individually for RP. Most of the Symphony will be happy to RP with you or reschedule for a time when they're not so busy. Everyone should meet each other half-way when it comes to organizing RP!

Anyway, that's all for now. Keep donating, and I swear my first undertaking come the launch of 3.0 will be to obtain that mansion for us.

Peace,
Isceroth
